Smoking has different  Interpretations  for peoples, Someone need it,Because they are addicted to it,For someone it is an entertainment,They are pleasure seeker,And for someone it is one of the most irritating things.They see it as a factor of thousands deads every year. So,If you are a member of third group,How are you dealing with smokers?

Some goverments banned smoking in all public places.Of course.it can be a way to reduce smoking, but is it the best way? I think instead of bannding smoking,we look for a way to persuade smokers to quit their problematic habit. Goverments should use mass media to To familiarize people more about smoking`s side effects. They should increase number of medical clinic for smokers to give over.

I agree with some limitation for smokers in public places and specially in workhouse.smokers`s colleagues suffer from the smoke and smell that produced by smoking,That can influence their Workflow efficiency.
